Are there any setup fees?
No. Setup is free of charge.
Do I need a hosting provider and/or developers?
No, hosting is included in our services. There is also no need for a technical team to run your site – we take care of that so that you can focus on training and your business.
Is the Platform mobile compatible?
Yes, you can access the LMS through any device through a web browser and it is mobile friendly.
Do you offer plans with bigger user limits?
We offer custom plans tailored to your needs for any number of users. Contact us for more information on custom plans.
Are 3rd Party services fees included?
We provide the 3rd party integration, but 3rd party service fees are not included. For example, if you wish to subscribe to Zoom as a 3rd party provider, their fees are not included in ours. Zoom will bill you separately for their services.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account, your portal will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Does my plan come with free support?
We offer support for all type of accounts - even free. You can issue a support request directly within your learning portal's dashboard.
Is there any limitation on the storage amount for my courses?
There is no storage limitation. The Free plan has a 100MB per uploaded file limit and paid plans have a 600MB per upload limit, but there is no cap on the total storage you may use.
